The user group conference is evolving! This year the conference is co-located alongside the Global Allocate People Summit and will combine the User Group, an International Workforce Forum and the Allocate Leadership Network.
The content will be user led and, listening to feedback will include more expert presentations, insights on trends and innovations, tackling the latest topics and learning from the global health and care workforce agenda. This means more variety and more content to suit all roles and levels of experience.
Speakers will include leaders of people and workforce, senior teams representing nursing, doctors, AHPs and the wider science workforce as well as workforce experts and practitioners in rostering, contingent staffing. Panel debates, interactive product focused and expert academy sessions will play key platforms to share customer stories, ideas, experiences and new approaches to using Allocate solutions – to suit different roles and levels of experience from across the global Allocate community.
As such we are seeking presentations and contributions to help ensure there is a strong customer voice and the very best case studies and learning for attendees. We have a series of specific themes across all staff groups covering better rostering, doctors rotas, rosters and job plans, temporary staffing, flexible working and engaging staff which we are seeking presentations from across our customer base.
